FREIGHT and RETURNS POLICY:
House of Sharday has provided a simple table that outlines the Postal Rates for Australia and International.

 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow for up to five to seven working days within Australia and seven to ten working days International.
 

AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
If no one is present when Australia Post attempts delivery, they will leave your consignment note in a safe place, or leave a calling card and make the consignment available for collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet.
 

OUR DELIVERY GUARANTEE:
House of Sharday make every effort to ensure your products are always available however should we be temporarily out of stock we will email you to inform you of when they will be. Your credit card will only be charged once your order is ready.
 

OUR DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
House of Sharday recommend that you choose a delivery point where somewhere is available to receive the parcel. Should no one be home Australia Post will leave a delivery card so you can collect your parcel at your convenience.
 

ON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER:
House of Sharday customers receive a receipt of purchase. This receipt can be printed out for your referral. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt provided products are in stock. All credit cards will be debited on dispatch of order.
 

WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER:
Once you click the ‘submit order” button you will notice a screen that says “Thank you for your order”. This is your first sign that the order is being sent. You will also receive an email from us within a few minutes with a summary of your order.
 

RETURNS POLICY:
We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is faulty in any way. Notification MUST be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. Please contact our staff before returning any items.

For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods as freight charges cannot be refunded.
